The room was so comfortable and clean, spacious. Staff was super helpful and kind. Definitely would go back again
I stayed here the night of April 4, 2022. I got into Poza Rica late at night, on a long drive from Central America, to my home in Texas. I didn't know anything about the hotel and took a chance when I saw the sign. I paid 400 pesos. The room was clean, comfortable and safe. The water in the shower was warm enough. There is a parking garage to keep your vehicle safe, if you have one. The front desk staff are friendly.
Excellent service, good prices and good food, the air conditioner and room service are great the hotel has a night club style that I really enjoyed.
I stayed there eleven years ago, so my experience might be a little bit different than what you might experience today. I liked the place a lot. The rooms weren't highl class, the food left a little bit to be desired, but... the staff were amazing, the service was great, and my memories were awesome! I would stay there again.
